A flat battery is the single most common reason a vehicle will not start, and the quickest to put right.
A mobile jump start gets your engine running again where the vehicle sits. We use a proper jump pack rather than another car, which avoids the voltage spikes that can damage modern electronics, and we check the battery and charging system before we leave.
Once the engine is running we test the battery under load and check that the alternator is charging. If the battery is at the end of its life we will tell you plainly, so you are not stranded again in a week.
